    Ground

You’ll be fully supported by props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters, making it accessible for all levels.     Slow Flow

    Move mindfully and build confidence. This slower-paced vinyasa class emphasizes alignment, breath, and body awareness. With plenty of guidance and space to explore, it’s a great fit for anyone newer to flow yoga or looking to deepen the foundations of their practice.

    Flow / Ground

    A little movement, a little stillness. This two-part class begins with a gentle vinyasa flow to build heat and energize the body, then shifts into grounding yin postures held for several minutes. It’s the perfect balance of effort and ease, great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
