“Love this place! The instructors are so inviting, gentle, down to earth, and approachable! If you’re a beginner or have injuries they’re always happy to offer modifications, etc. and don’t make you feel uncomfortable or awkward. Super welcoming and lovely environment and the practice always makes my mind and body feel better. Everything is kept very clean and orderly and it’s a super peaceful vibe. Also, they have the cutest little boutique area! Coming to Waves is the highlight of my week! Cannot recommend more highly.”

  • “I can not stress how much I LOVE this studio. I have been dragging my feet for years wanting to step into this yoga studio but not doing so out of fear of the unknown. I am not new to yoga, however I have clearly not been experiencing yoga to its full potential until now! My very first class Ariane noticed right away that I was new to class, introduced herself and took a few moments to get to know me. By my second class she greeted me by name and I felt at ease and welcome.”

  • “Waves Yoga Studio has truly helped my body, mind and soul. I was experiencing joint pain and muscle tightness from injuries and biking which have greatly improved since practicing yoga at Waves. Life has been stressful and anxiety ridden over the last couple years and Waves has been my calming place.”

  • “Everything here from the people to the decor to the smells to the practice itself is amazing! Every time I leave, I feel great, mind, body and soul and look forward to going back. If you are unsure like I was about taking that first class, do not fear, you will feel safe here.”

  • “Arianne knows each client by name and makes a point of talking to each person in order to customize each yoga session. She truly has created a family feel at the studio. There are classes for each level and each class is differentiated for all levels. Waves yoga studio is an amazing place to help heal and strengthen your body, mind and soul.”
